Nothing quite feels like having old school cast iron plates on your bar! Cast iron plates have been around for decades and still around today. Casting makes for great value rough and ready plates which are an ideal first set of plates or for where you need to add weight to the bar for the lowest cost.

These Cerberus Cast Iron Olympic Plates have been cast specifically for Cerberus Strength bearing the iconic CERBERUS logo. Tough, durable and great for everyday use. A lipped circumference on both sides ensures a secure grip, making our plates safer to handle and easier to load and unload. Our plates feature a double sided design with both sides of the plate the same; you can see the weight no matter which way you load them.

Cast Iron Plates are classed as a larger sized order and may be shipped by freight services. Larger orders take longer to pack due to size, volume and logistical matters.
