Bolt snap springs are a common failure point in this product as many stainless bolt snaps do not have stainless springs!

Where a lot of Bolt Snaps fail is in the spring as it is the only part of the system which isn't stainless steel making the lever rust and stiffen up eventually rendering the device unable to be used safely or effectively. All Halcyon Bolt-snaps come standard with a Marine Grade '316' Stainless Steel Body and Spring making this an excellent device to keep all of your accessories, regulators and kit intact and in place.  

The smaller clip is ideal for use on the regulator long hose and torches whereas the larger clip is ideal for pressure gauges and other accessories.
